Inside The Tiny Heart Of Africa
When was the last time you visited a place that touched your soul? That’s Sabyinyo Silverback’s strapline and it couldn't be more congruous if they tried.
Nestled in the tiny heart of Africa, as Rwanda is affectionately named, Sabyinyo is owned and managed by the award winning Governors’ Camp Collection who pride themselves in the bonds they create with local, community neighbours (some spanning 40 years), Silverback is a place that would touch your soul indeed.
But, there’s a lot more to this mystical place than its smoke-wreathed thousand hills, remarkable gorilla sightings and innate beauty - which in themselves are a life-altering experiences. There’s the people. After all, as Anais Nin so suitably puts it "We travel, some of us forever, to seek other places, other lives, other souls.”
We’ve put together an eye-catching illustration of what rural Rwandan life is like.
